Information for New Clients

We are a group of professionals who are passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and families meet their treatment goals and find hope for their future. We have a client-focused philosophy where each individual treated is specifically seen, heard, and treatment is tailored to meet their unique needs. We specialize in collaborating with other professionals in our client’s lives so that the client feels supported in every space and advocated for in a holistic way.

At Finding Hope Wellness Center, we understand that the decision to start therapy for you or your loved one is rarely made lightly, and the prospect of sharing thoughts, feelings and challenges with a stranger can be scary. That is why we are so proud of you for reaching out and taking this first step!

To schedule an initial intake appointment, please contact admin@findinghopewellnesscenter.com directly or utilize the contact form on our website. Our administrative professionals will reach out to you shortly to schedule your first appointment.

Please include the following information:

        • Who will be utilizing our services? (Including whether they are a child/adolescent/adult)
        • Why are you seeking services now? (i.e. presenting concerns)
        • What are you hoping to gain from our services? (i.e. your goals)

Session fees vary based on the therapist and service. Contact us for fee information.

Cancellation Policy

Once you schedule an appointment, please do your very best to attend it. You will receive an email reminder from us including the appointment day and time 24 to 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you find that you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible since we typically have a waitlist of clients ready to come in and receive services. You can cancel an appointment by 1) replying to the appointment reminder email, 2) contacting our administrative professional, or 3) calling our office and leaving a message. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment, then you may be personally charged the full cost of the session for your missed appointment.

No Surprises Act Notice

You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ explaining how much your medical care may cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance, or who are not using insurance, a cost estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

You have the right to receive a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. Your health care provider must give you a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ in writing for scheduled services within designated timeframes. You can also ask your health care provider for a ‘Good Faith Estimate’ before you schedule an item or service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your ‘Good Faith Estimate’, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227)
