Existing Clients

If you are an existing client of the practice, please utilize the correct client portal link to schedule, view, and maintain your appointments. Your client portal will also provide you with access to your statements and superbills, as well as give you the ability to update paperwork. You can also securely message your specific therapist confidentially on your client portal. We appreciate you, and we thank you for entrusting us with your mental health needs.

Please note that you can only schedule and not cancel appointments directly on the client portal. If you find that you need to cancel an appointment, please give as much notice as possible since we typically have a waitlist of clients ready to come in and receive services. You can cancel an appointment by 1) emailing us at admin@findinghopewellnesscenter.com, 2) calling our office and leaving a message at 813-400-3447, or 3) securely messaging your therapist through the portal. If you do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment, then you may be personally charged the full cost of the session for your missed appointment.

The online portal is designed to schedule non-emergency appointments only. If you are experiencing an emergency in which life, health, or property are in danger, please call 988 (for mental health emergencies), 911, or another emergency response service immediately.
