Hello, I am Dr. Lindsay Frey, owner of Finding Hope Wellness Center, LLC, and I thank you for taking the time to get to know me and the services we provide. I opened this practice so that we can be a beacon of Hope to those individuals and families in need. We are a group of individuals whose approach is empathetic, interactive, and collaborative. We will help you by hearing your concerns and fears, collaborating with you to develop goals, and providing you with a clear and understandable treatment plan to help you reach your goals.

As a licensed psychologist with several years of experience, you will find me to be encouraging and optimistic throughout our interactions. I believe that it is important that you have the correct information and understanding about counseling, so I will take time in providing you with expectations regarding the length and course of therapy. Naturally, I will answer any questions that you may have along the way. My particular areas of expertise in therapy include ADHD, self-esteem issues, anger management, social skills, bullying, depression, anxiety, self-harm, parenting training, and autism spectrum disorders. I utilize evidenced-based cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) interventions with interpersonal therapy approaches to best help my clients. My vast experience conducting psychological testing and evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults means that you will not only get a timely and professional evaluation, but that I will also review the results and help strategize with you on an action plan that can include parents, guardians, pediatricians, teachers, and psychiatrists.

I hold a license as a psychologist in the state of Florida. I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2014 from the Florida School of Professional Psychology (FSPP) at Argosy University, Tampa. I previously earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from FSPP in 2010. My doctoral dissertation was focused on the prevention of obesity within children and adolescents by assisting families in understanding the interaction of mental and physical health and helping them by providing appropriate interventions tailored to fit their specific needs. I completed my predoctoral internship at Clifford Beers Guidance Clinic in New Haven, Connecticut and my postdoctoral clinical fellowship with Hillsborough County Schools in Tampa, Florida. My previous clinical experience spans a variety of settings including community mental health centers, school systems, extended day treatment facilities, hospitals, and private practice. I am a member of the American Psychological Association and the Society of Clinical Psychology.

My intake session fee is $205 and my ongoing therapy session fee is $185.
